Deleting an Adventure Escape Mysteries Account
If you have created an Adventure Escape Mysteries account, you can delete your account by following these steps.

1. Tap the Settings button in the top right of the app
2. Tap the Player Account heading on the left
3. Tap the Delete Account text in the Player Account panel

​If this does not work properly, you may request that we delete all data associated with your account at any time. Send a request to [email protected] 

Deleting Facebook Account
If you’ve linked your Facebook account to help save your Adventure Escape Mysteries progress using cloud save, follow the steps below if you would like to remove it:

1. Go to Facebook.com and log into your account
2. On the top-right of the screen, tap on the downward-facing arrow and select Settings & Privacy
3. Click on Apps & Websites
4. Click on the Remove button next to any of the games you would like to un-link from your Facebook account
