Look, I love, love, love the few Adventure Escape games I have gotten to play, but most of them repeatedly crash on me, over and over. Currently trying to play Dark Ruins, on the very first chapter after the plane crashes, nd I can’t even make it through the vines before the game will close itself. Over and over. Super frustrating. Any insight?

I’m playing Trapmaker 3 and just passed the level where I saved Penny. However, I’m now “stuck” on the same level. I can’t leave the level at all! How do I move forward? Do I have to uninstall? Would I lose my progress? Thank you!

It's a long story, but basically the Carnival app was approved by Google a few years ago when we made it. Google changed their policies in the last few years, so now the Carnival game violates the policy for sending notifications. We'd love to just remove the notifications from Carnival and re-release it, but Google changed another policy so we'd have to update the way the game is built before they will accept the app. This fix will take a really long time, so we're instead focusing on making new games. You can still play the Carnival game on iOS.

Yes! I, too, am curious about Pyramids of Giza. I downloaded the Scottish Castle before it disappeared and it’s such a cute little game and the puzzles are really different from the more recent series.

Love the game but on the suitcase the compartment near the wheels wont open used the hint to find it but clicked everywhere and wont open

I logged out and forgot my password, tried to reset it and I never received the email :( I’ve tried multiple times and cleared out my email and it still hasn’t worked, is there a way to fix this? I really don’t want to lose all my progress!

Is the Midnight Carnival supposed to be so easy to beat? The only real trouble I run into is in deciphering the last digit of a code needed near the end...the shape/image can easily fit two different numbers. I can usually run through the game, if my device doesn't die first, in about an hour without hints or walkthroughs.

I ADORE Haiku/AE games. They're so well made and gorgeous visually. I think you guys deserve a ton of credit for creating all of this content.

To the user who was asking about a game solution to Murder Inn: I suggest supporting this developer with in-app hint purchases, but have also found resources online when I'm really really stumped on a puzzle that would require 30 coins to "skip".

I would say about 90% of the time, I see the solution or hint and go: "duh!!", meaning, I should have seen something I did not. Around 10% of the time I think the developers were off base, stretched something or create a finicky physical puzzle like the wooden artist dolls in Cult, where the app sometimes just will not register a correct solution as correct.

I have played every single game in the ae mysteries app plus all the ones that are not in that app. I've just completed Dark Ruins that just came out not long ago. It looks like there will be a new game out soon in the AE mysteries app but I'm just kinda wondering when so I don't have to check the app everyday? I just love these types of games and am so invested. I love the storylines and puzzles!

They don’t announce release dates. If I recall correctly, it’s because they can’t really predict exactly when a game will get released. They do announce when games release on their socials about a week or two after a game gets released. I think they wait because bugs tend to pop up and it gives them time to get it fixed because players who don’t realize a new game is out unless they see a post from Haiku won’t encounter those.

There is a Facebook group for players in case you didn’t know (disclaimer: I’m an admin on there lol) and whenever a new game comes out, someone on there posts about it; usually within 24 hours. That’s how I found out about Lost Ruins coming out.

Odd that they haven’t sent out a newsletter or anything for Lost Ruins.

You may need to have two different accounts for this. This way your second class can look for the hidden stars, too.

Hi, just wondering what happened to Framed? The link from the app just takes me to an error page in the Play store and searching does not find it.

I see some others asking about Pyramids of Giza and would love to play this again (having played this years ago) perhaps if you have games that aren't available through stores anymore, you might consider releasing the apk via your website and let people use at their own risk?
